A winner from each elementary school will receive a ribbon.
The Grand Prize winner's artwork will be featured on race signs that will be placed around town AND the winner's artwork will be framed and displayed at On the Rock Ministries.

- Downtown Bartlesville
- Jingle Bells
- Running
Entry Submission
- Kindergarten through Fifth Grade students only, please.
- Entries should be submitted on regular 8.5 x 11 inch paper to your elementary school's art teacher.
- Please print the child's name, grade, and school on the back of each entry.
